About The Food Fix Campaign

The Food Fix Campaign is a bold, nonpartisan initiative to educate and mobilize the 2,000 most influential policymakers in the U.S.—across Congress, the Executive Branch, and state leadership—about the root causes of chronic disease and the urgent need to reform our food system from farm to fork.

Founded and chaired by Dr. Mark Hyman, a leading physician and nationally respected voice on nutrition and chronic disease, the campaign brings together a team of policy experts, regenerative agriculture leaders, medical professionals, soil scientists, and communications strategists to deliver a singular message: our food system must become a tool for health, not harm.

This is not another report or task force. The Food Fix Campaign is a transformational intervention—focused on reshaping the national conversation around food, health, and the economy. We believe that real solutions exist, and that with the right policies, we can create a food system that:

  • Improves quality of life for every American
  • Prevents disease instead of driving it
  • Supports farmers and restores ecosystems
  • Saves taxpayer dollars
  • We don’t just have a health crisis—we have a food crisis. And what America needs is a Food Fix.

“Our most powerful tool to reverse the global epidemic of chronic disease, heal the environment, fight climate change, end poverty and social injustice, reform politics, and revive economies is food. The food we grow, how we grow it, and the food we eat have profound implications—not just for our waistlines, but for our communities, our planet, and the global economy.”
